20th Century Fox's X-Men: Apocalypse is still in production in Montreal, but it seems that today was an off day, since director Bryan Singer shared some new photos of a few of his cast members at the Montreal Grand Prix. Of course, none of the actors are in costume, but they do showcase the bald look that Alexandra Shipp will have playing the younger version of Storm. We've seen the actress on the set before, but her head was always covered, apparently to conceal her bald look.

It isn't exactly known why Storm will be bald in this sequel, which takes place in 1983 and rounds out the trilogy started by 2011's X-Men: First Class and last year's X-Men: Days of Future Past. Very little is known about the story thus far, but there have been rumors of cameo appearances from Channing Tatum as Gambit and Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, but that has not been confirmed. It isn't known how much longer the film will be in production for, but 20th Century Fox has already set a May 27, 2016 release date.

X-Men: Apocalypse also stars Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), James McAvoy (Professor X), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), Nicholas Hoult (Beast), Lana Condor (Jubilee), Olivia Munn (Psylocke), Ben Hardy (Archangel), Sophie Turner (Jean Grey), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler) and Oscar Isaac (Apocalypse). What do you think about Alexandra Shipp's bald look s Storm. Check out the photos and chime in with your thoughts below.
