X-Men: Apocalypse was revealed as one of the big movie surprises 20th Century Fox had in store for fans at their Saturday Comic-Con panel, bringing out the cast for a Q&A session. While we learned more about this next Marvel adventure than we previously knew before hand, perhaps the biggest reveal came with the announcement of the Four Horsemen who make up Apocalypse's team.

Newcomer Oscar Isaac, who plays Apocalypse, was joined on stage by franchise regulars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence. They showed off the first ever teaser trailer, which revealed the iconic Marvel Mutants who will fight at Apocalypse's side as his very iconic Four Horsemen. These mutants have been brainwashed and manipulated into serving as the villain's personal guard. They become Death, War, Pestilence and Famine. We already knew that Angel, who becomes Archangel, will be one of the four, presumably Death. The character is played by Ben Hardy. The other three are Olivia Munn's Psylocke, Michael Fassbender's Magneto and Alexandra Shipp's Storm. This explains why we saw Cyclops fighting Storm in early concept art.

Oscar Isaac explained that Apocalypse has great power of persuasion, which he utilizes in getting these four mutants on his side. Ben Hardy was on hand to boast about Angel's 'really badass wings', something else we've seen in official concept art from the movie shared earlier in the year by the film's director Bryan Singer. During the panel, Ben Hardy's character was referred to as Angel, but it is speculated that he turns into Archangel after teaming up with Apocalypse.

In the comics, Angel has often been a part of the Four Horsemen. Psyclocke has also served under the mantle of Death. Storm joins Apocalypse as part of her longtime search for a 'God'. And she believes this beast, the first ever mutant, is that God. It is not known if the Comic-Con footage will eventually find its way onto the Internet, but it hasn't leaked yet.
