Back in September, we reported that 20th Century Fox is planning a "Rogue Cut" Blu-ray and DVD release for last summer's blockbuster X-Men: Days of Future Past. Producer Simon Kinberg revealed that this new cut will include more than 10 minutes of extra footage that wasn't included in the theatrical version of X-Men: Days of Future Past. While we still don't know exactly when the "Rogue Cut" will be released, Empire is reporting that it will include exactly 11 minutes and 11 seconds of new footage.

Our report from September revealed that the new footage will involve a subplot that was cut out featuring Anna Paquin's Rogue, which Simon Kinberg called a "substantial part of the movie." The scenes in question involve several different mutants breaking Rogue out of prison. We also reported in January that the "Rogue Cut" will feature all new extras that weren't included in last year's X-Men: Days of Future Past Blu-ray and DVD release.

While we don't know when it will be released yet, if the BBFC has classified the run time, we should be getting an official announcement soon.
