Just because a movie isn't coming to Comic-Con doesn't mean the studios won't use the big event to piggyback on some of that hype. Vin Diesel is neck deep in production on Fast 8, which means he won't be able to visit San Diego for a sneak peek at his next big sequel XXX: The Return of Xander Cage. But the movie still promises to have some resonance over the next few days, as the actor has announced the first full trailer for this long-awaited third chapter in the xXx saga will arrive sometime over the course of the next two days!

To celebrate the imminent arrival, Vin Diesel launched an awesome teaser on Facebook. We get to see Xander Cage throw some punches. And he even does an amazing flip on his dirt bike. Presumed dead for many years, Cage arrives in his signature fur-lined coat from the 2002 original and boldly proclaims this.

"Damn, it feels good to be back!"

The final shot in this teaser shows a sleeveless Xander Cage taking on a militia of heavily armed men. XXX 3 truly promises to be an explosive action thriller! This latest chapter in the blockbuster franchise that redefined the spy thriller finds extreme athlete turned government operative Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) coming out of self-imposed exile. Now he is on a collision course with the deadly alpha warrior Xiang and his team in a race to recover a sinister and seemingly unstoppable weapon known as Pandora's Box.

Recruiting an all-new group of thrill-seeking cohorts, Xander finds himself enmeshed in a deadly conspiracy that points to collusion at the highest levels of world governments. Packed with the series' signature deadpan wit and bad-ass attitude, xXx: The Return of Xander Cage aims to raise the bar on extreme action with some of the most mind-blowing stunts to ever be caught on film. The epic ensemble includes Samuel Jackson, Ruby Rose, Donnie Yen, Toni Collette, Tony Jaa, Nina Dobrev and Miss Universe contestant Ariadna Gutierrez.

D.J. Caruso will direct xXx 3, from a script by Chad St. John and F. Scott Frazier (Collide). Xander Cage will be back on January 20, 2017. While we await the exciting full trailer, take a look at the sneak peek. It arrives courtesy of Youtube. And if it doesn't get you hyped for the return of Xander Cage, nothing will!
