It seems that teen heartthrob Zac Efron is getting all growns up for a new thriller. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Efron has signed on to star in an untitled thriller for Mandate Pictures.

Leslie Dixon has come aboard to write the film, which will renunite her with Efron, who previously worked with Dixon in the musical Hairspray.

No plot details were revealed, but the film was said to be a, "sexy thriller." A director has not been attached to the film as of yet.
